Web Embedded On-Line System TLBASE is an integrated Internet embedded application. This enables the On-line control of multi-location transmission networks. This tool is tailor made for transmission companies. The update information is available in the fingertips just by click of the button. The best practice methodologies are centralized and are available across the network. Monitoring and Reporting of construction, maintenance, and finance activities are carried out online in a planned and an effective manner.
Document Container Yet another highlight feature of TLBASE where the documents are managed, previewed, approved. This is a unique document management binder where the pages in the document can be of different file types. To be precise few pages can be in Word, Excel or a scanned image or the mixture of all.

Site Planner The site planner is a unique feature of TLBASE that graphically depicts the items in a substation to scale. All the fixed assets are shown on the Planner graphically.
This feature provides a high level of precision to display the exact dimensions and the locations where the equipments are installed. The choice of placing additional objects with their respective images is possible. Just by the click on the image the user could get the details of the properties of the item, supplier, maintenance details, contractors involved, price etc.
This gives the real life image of the facilities. The complete history of the asset is kept track in the system and is available at any given time.
Apart from the properties, the drawings, documents and materials pertaining to each item can be attached through the document container, which is yet another unique feature of TLBASE.
