RamSiteTM includes a module for document management. It consists of one electronic folder per site for management, storage, showing and download of electronic documents. Examples of documents, which are relevant to save on site level, may be digital photos, leasing agreements, structural calculations, drawings and permissions.
The tab of the folder and the contents under each tab can be customized to the specific requirements. The folder thus reflects the document organisation and terminology already known in the organisation, e.g. from paper folders.
Furthermore, the system makes it possible to manage the general correspondence of the projects.
